Dr. Holly Wilson, DVM
DVM
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Practice Owner
Dr. Holly Wilson began working at Beavers Animal Hospital shortly after graduating with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University in 1994, and went on to purchase the practice in 2000. Dr. Wilson has many special areas of interest in the veterinary field, but her specialty is equine reproductive work. She loves the spontaneity of veterinary medicine and caring for animals throughout their lives.
Dr. Wilson enjoys barrel racing, needlework, puzzles, and tending to her family farm when she’s not at the hospital. At home, she and her husband are faithfully shadowed by their two Australian Shepherds, Mayze and Syd. The Wilsons also have numerous horses, a Longhorn steer named Vegas, and two donkeys, Little Joe and Nola.
Tanna
Veterinary Technician
Tanna loves taking care of animals and began working at Beavers Animals Hospital in 2017. She enjoys assisting with routine tasks as well as tackling difficult duties and cases. When Tanna isn’t helping pets at BAH, she can be found spending time with her children, kayaking, or reading.
Tanna has a young Australian Shepherd named Silas, who’s endearingly nicknamed the “little red devil.” Tanna’s pet family also includes two mixed-breed dogs, Gus and Oliver, who both adore Tanna’s little ones. They are joined by a Manx cat called Kamo, who was born without eyes and secretly runs the house.
Kalisa
Kalisa started working at Beavers in 2021. She has a passion for education involving wildlife. Kalisa collects animal earrings and will always wear them to work to make the clients smile.
When she is not at work, she spends time with her daughter by doing art with her. She loves to read, sing and sketch wildlife. Kalisa also has a Pitbull named Ottis who loves to play. In spring 2022, she will have a degree in Biology and Animal Science.
