Dr. Holly Wilson, DVM
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Practice Owner
Dr. Holly Wilson began working at Beavers Animal Hospital shortly after graduating with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University in 1994, and went on to purchase the practice in 2000. Dr. Wilson has many special areas of interest in the veterinary field, but her specialty is equine reproductive work. She loves the spontaneity of veterinary medicine and caring for animals throughout their lives.
Dr. Wilson enjoys barrel racing, needlework, puzzles, and tending to her family farm when she’s not at the hospital. At home, she and her husband are faithfully shadowed by their two Australian Shepherds, Mayze and Syd. The Wilsons also have numerous horses, a Longhorn steer named Vegas, and two donkeys, Little Joe and Nola.
Kenzie is a talented and kind veterinary technician that joined our team in 2018. She loves working with animals and helping them feel their best. After finishing high school, she will pursue a degree from Oklahoma State University.
Outside of work, Kenzie enjoys practicing archery, singing in the choir, and riding horses. She also spends time with her family, including her Boxer, Kya, and her cow, Cinnabon.
Tanna loves taking care of animals and began working at Beavers Animals Hospital in 2017. She enjoys assisting with routine tasks as well as tackling difficult duties and cases. When Tanna isn’t helping pets at BAH, she can be found spending time with her children, kayaking, or reading.
Tanna has a young Australian Shepherd named Silas, who’s endearingly nicknamed the “little red devil.” Tanna’s pet family also includes two mixed-breed dogs, Gus and Oliver, who both adore Tanna’s little ones. They are joined by a Manx cat called Kamo, who was born without eyes and secretly runs the house.
Carissa became part of the Beavers Animal Hospital family in 2012. She loves working with different animals and that each day brings something new and exciting to learn. When she’s not at work, Carissa enjoys barrel racing and spending time with her family.
Carissa has an eclectic animal family that includes two bottle-raised goats: Maple, who is “the best goat,” and Marty. She also has two horses, Rye and Pokey, along with numerous cows and a flock of chickens. Carissa claims her Pitbull, Howdy, as her baby who can do no wrong. Her husband’s dog is Amos, a Black and Tan Coon Hound, who gets into mischief when he can’t control his hunting instincts.
Social Media Director
If you’ve ever sent us a message or laughed at a meme we’ve shared on Facebook, you’re already acquainted with Samantha, our Social Media Director. She believes we’re lucky to have the best clients and patients, so it’s no wonder she’s developed lifelong friendships with many of our guests since starting at the clinic in 2011. Samantha loves working in our fun, professional environment and falling in love with so many different animals.
When Samantha isn’t at work, she enjoys hiking, playing outside with her two sons, cheering on the OKC Thunder, watching documentaries, and baking bread and tasty desserts. Her family includes a dog, a cat, and various farm animals. Josie, the Australian Shepherd, is described as crazy smart and sweet, and Pixie is a tuxedo cat who was adopted by Samantha after being brought to the clinic in 2013.
Alice has been the friendly face greeting clients at Beavers Animal Hospital since 2019. As a receptionist, Alice loves welcoming our clients and the opportunity to pet all of the animals visiting the clinic.
Alice likes to read, hike, and take her daughter to the park during her time off. Her pet family includes Corbin and Reno, her beloved Pitbulls. Corbin is a typical pittie, described by Alice as a big cuddly baby, but Reno acts more like a cat than a dog. She only allows affection when she decides she wants it!
